Great spa and pools. Everything is in one place and easy to access. Nice room with a big bathroom and a terrace. Beautiful location with mountain views and green areas around the hotel.

Wonderful SPA with 5 saunas , jacuzzi, and a lovely indoor pool. Great breakfast. Huge and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern gym and clean, decent-sized swimming pool. Lovely gardens, pool bar, and traditional vibe in the downstairs restaurant.
Felt very at home, no complaints at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, surrounded by a beautiful garden that made me feel relaxed and peaceful. The service was outstanding; I was impressed with their room service, car hire, and laundry facilities. The mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities in my room were a lovely touch, as was the free Wi-Fi. The terrace was a great place to unwind while admiring the garden furniture and taking in the fresh air.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

We had a relaxing stay at Tsarsko Selo. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a range of amenities. The location was convenient, with ample parking available for those traveling by car. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it to others. a pleasant experience.

The gardens and outdoor areas are nice, with some construction going on. The front desk provides good service, even sourcing new sheets in the middle of the night. The location is good, with paths for walking and exploring, and a hotel lake with swans. The spa experience and value for money are amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartments werenice and neat, and the beds provided a great night's sleep. The pool and spa facilities were excellent, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was very good.
